Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 45 days for a full refund or replacement. All refunds will be for the original purchase price. There are no refunds after 45 days. If the return is due to our error we will pay for all shipping costs to send you a replacement.
Returns for replacement within 45 days will be exchanged or replaced. Returns for replacement after 45 days will be handled by warranty.
If you refuse delivery on shipment, a full product refund will be credited, minus shipping costs, provided the product has not been opened and is in its original condition.
To return a product, simply call us at 1-888-BATTERY (1-228-8379) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number any time between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time.
You are responsible for making sure that the package arrives to us. It is recommended that you use UPS, FEDEX or the USPS using delivery confirmation.
Once your package arrives to us, we will follow up with the appropriate action requested at the time the RMA was issued. If a credit is to be issued, please allow 2-3 days after arrival to process the credit.
